The hotel offered a neat and clean room with two lovely pools for a swim. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the nearby beach, which was just a short walk away from the hotel.
Our Christmas stay was ruined by the terrible customer service. The staff was unhelpful and showed no interest in addressing our concerns.

Great Value for Price This hotel offers a great value for the price. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the hotel's location was perfect for our city trip; it was close to many restaurants and stores, making shopping a breeze.
Despite saying it to the staff, they already knew about the problem, and the solution was to keep the AC unit on, which made the room too cold.
